Shipping Policy

LeCITY orders are delivered Monday to Sunday depending on the delivery option you selected at checkout. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your chosen items. For those last minute purchases, Express delivery is available to most destinations. Depending on your location, we also offer Free Shipping on orders above the following thresholds for domestic shipping $200 USD and $300 USD for international shipping if not stated otherwise. All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.

Refund Policy

Free Returns. We are pleased to offer a free returns service to all customers for any purchases that meet our Returns Policy. You must receive your return no later than 30 days after your order date, hence we recommend depending on your location to book your return no later than 20 days after your order date our warehouse within 30 days of receipt.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2-5 days of arrival at our warehouse directly the payment method you shopped with us.
