Art Nexus Beach Party

On December 6, 2013 Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Brickell hosted Art Nexus Beach Party benefitting Art Nexus Foundation. A silent auction of curated Latin American contemporary artworks took place during this unforgettable night.

ArtNexus Foundation is dedicated to the promotion and diffusion of the arts and is constituted as a not-for-profit private legal entity. Celia Birbragher, the magazine’s publisher and its director for 37 years, was the curator for the works that she would consider buying for her own private collection.

For the auction, Art Nexus Foundation has counted on the generous support of artists and galleries long familiar with the work of Art Nexus magazine and the Foundation’s own charitable endeavors. In its first edition, the auction has united a group of artists both well-established and emerging, covering a broad spectrum of expressions and techniques.
