For the 11th consecutive time, the international arts and culture brand Montblanc shows its outstanding cultural engagement by supporting the Young Directors Project as part of the renowned Salzburg Festival. Today, on August 21st, 2012, Montblanc celebrated the Young Directors Award Ceremony at the Palmenhaus of the Kunstgärtnerei Doll in Salzburg, Austria.
For her plays “Eternelle Idole” and “This Is How You Will Disappear”, the French choreographer Gisèle Vienne was decorated with the Young Directors Award 2012. The well-respected jury praised the ensemble’s exceptional beauty in representing a time and space that is very clearly a world of posterity, and complimented the director’s way of creating her own universe in her play. In a festive ceremony, Gisèle Vienne officially received €10,000 in prize money and the Max Reinhardt Special Edition pen, which was exclusively designed and crafted for this year’s Young Directors Project powered by Montblanc and is only available during the Salzburg Summer Festival.
