Fashion: Kate Moss is married

Model Kate Moss celebrated her marriage to Jamie Hince, lead singer of the Kills, in style with her three-day festival-themed event at her two million pound home outside of London last weekend.

This fashionista, top-model and designer wore a gorgeous and elegant vintage inspired dress with gold embroidery by John Galliano for the ceremony.  The service took place at a Church of England in the country, St Peter’s Church in Little Faringdon in the Cotswolds, just one mile from the couple’s home in the Cotswolds.

Moss, 37, had a wedding party of 14 ladies, all dressed in ivory chiffon dresses and similar ballet flats, including her eight-year-old daughter, Lila Grace.  The roads were all closed in the Cotswolds as a precaution for the famous duo´s wedding that racked up a bill of one million pounds.  Moss arrived at the church with father and daughter, with friend and famed photographer in the front seat, Mario Testino, snapping pictures to document this momentous occasion.

Hince, whose ¨best man¨ was partner in the Kills, Alison Mosshart, wore an impeccably beautiful grey suit by Yves Saint Laurent.

Three hundred guests attended the three-day party that became known as ¨Moss-stock,¨ according to British media reports.  For the weekend´s parties, Moss wore various outfits designed by Stella McCartney.  She and her new hubby left on the final day in a helicopter, Moss sporting a stylish white pants suit that was also designed by McCartney.

Among the guests to the wedding was Jeffeson Hack, Moss´s ex-partner, who sat front row at the wedding.  Hack is also the father to Moss´s daughter.  French Vogue editor Emannuelle Alt also attended, as well as Marc Jacobs, Lara Stone, David Walliams, Jude Law, Kelly Osbourne, Katy England and Bobbie Gillespie.

Media reports say the two began their honeymoon by relaxing in Timbuktu, with a vacation filled with luxury and glamour, two things the couple does not lack. After Timbuktu, the couple is headed to Mali, West Africa, Algeria, the Sahara, Thailand and the Caribbean over the next few months.
