In an idyllic setting as Perelada Festival, held annually each summer since 1987 in the gardens of the spectacular monuments of the Middle Ages as the Castle of Perelada, exclusive catering service cocktail, Fizz Bartenders, has created three unique cocktails for specialist whiskey brand and sponsor of the Festival, The Macallan.
Hector Hache, director of Fizz, designed cocktails to enjoy in three performances in particular. On Friday July 20 provided the first cocktail party for the opening session and was the result of inspiration from the majestic white swans that live in the castle gardens. The next cocktail will meet on July 27, “Frozen Broadway“ and the August 3, “Don Giovanni”.
“Frozen Broadway“ will be a chilled cocktail based on The Macallan, lemon, a touch of bitter orange marmalade and a shock of bitter cocoa. Finally, “Don Giovanni” inspiration comes from the opera composed by Mozart in 1787, based on apple, orange blossom, The Macallan, and an infusion of cinnamon, vanilla and mint.
Certainly, three cocktails that play with the flavors, tailored to your precise proportion, and surprising in its original presentation and good work of the entire team of Bartenders Fizz, The Macallan and Perelada Festival. An event not to be missed.
