Gourmet: Grass Lounge & Restaurant

In 2003, Grass Lounge, located in midtown Miami, in the Design District, established itself as a premier nightlife. A destination catering to many local socialites, national and international celebrities and discerning tourists in search of a coveted destination.

In 2007 was the reopening of the restaurant. Grass maintained its high standards and dedication to distinction and Grass improved their concept.
Grass has refocused, expanded and matured to provide the ultimate dining experience respected by those in search of something memorable, sophisticated and ultimately chic.

The 4000 square feet space of grass in the open air has an ambiance that invokes dinner in paradise. Grass is like a secret garden with cushy white banquettes, plush sofas and a full bar illuminated by a wall of apothecary jars brimming with colorful flora and an oversized palapa roof. A caret of thick grass borders the dining room; bonsai plants, bamboo trees and climbing vines cast lovely shadows on the walls.

Grass Restaurant scour the markets for the freshest high quality products possible. They use Mediterranean and Asian elements. On the restaurant’s menu card you can find several starters and salads, main courses, sides and desserts.
With the South African-born Micah Edelstein as execu-chef you can find comfort food, if you will, with a focus on fresh, healthy, artisanal creations.

Besides the great kitchen in the Grass restaurant, you can go to Grass Lounge for a drink.
Grass offers many different cocktails and other drinks. The DJ plays good tunes and after dinner you can dance.

Grass Lounge & Restaurant is also available for special events.
