Gourmet: Moët & Chandon Supports the Miami Heat

BY EBONY MONTENEGRO

It is clear that when it comes to winning teams the Miami Heat is on a streak as the 2010 NBA champions and now their won on their first game at the playoffs. An option to celebrate could be joining the boisterous Miami tradition of banging pots and pans on the street to celebrate the next win. Moët & Chandon has decided to take the more upscale approach and partner with the Miami Heat with their exclusive Moët Ice Imperial. For those lucky enough to already have tickets to see the Heat’s home game, prepare to be served the exclusive champagne in especially designed goblets.

While we know a single glass of champagne is not enough to get you to the arena perhaps the curiosity of a new cocktail will entice.  For that special twist of South Florida flavor we suggest adding a sprig of mint, or perhaps some raspberries.  Thinking of getting a little adventurous? Try a slice of cucumber or some white grapefruit zest in your glass of Ice Imperial.
