In 2006, Quattro Gastronomia Italiana was founded. The identical twins and chefs, Nicola and Fabrizio Carro from Allessandria in the Piemonte region brought the authentic tastes of Northern Italy 5,200 miles across the Atlantic to South Beach’s stylish Lincoln Road.
The brothers are providing a perfectly executed Northern Italian cuisines to Miami’s sophisticated clientele, stimulating the senses and awakening palates with their truly fresh and authentic Italian cooking.
The restaurant’s interior with a space of 3,500 square foot is designed by Studio A Design, New York City. It has a Milanese style, with the warm tawny browns and deep pine greens. Imported Italian materials are featured throughout the dining room where the old world meets the new world. The focal point of the room is a pristine Calacatta marble bar trimmer with Makassar ebony. This bar is situated between two exquisite refrigerated wine towers, which shows the restaurant’s wine collection.
Each green glass bottle is individually lit inside the glass vitrine towers.
The secret weapon behind Quattro is the extensive selection of northern specialties is the identical twin chefs Nicola an Fabrizio. They are cooking for the first time in the states. In addition to Quattro’s menu staples, the twins also feature monthly tasting menus that highlight the food and wine from a particular region of Italy.
