‘The San Miguel Refugi‘ is located on the slopes of Baqueira Beret, this brewery offers tapas design developed by Daniel Garcia and Paco Roncero. What better way to end a busy day of skiing closer to “The Refugi“? It is a friendly establishment that has become the new meeting point for skiers from the slopes of the Port of Baqueira Beret Bonaigua.
The unique selection of tapas can maridiar with San Miguel beer or cocktail Baqueira, designed by renowned mixologist Javier de las Muelas, made with San Miguel Special. For those who prefer to enjoy the snowy landscape at sunset, ‘The San Miguel Refugi‘ also opens for dinner and offers a shuttle service for its customers.
The covers are made by Dani Garcia cherry gazpacho with basil and cheese and muffin crumbs of Antequera with Chorizo and Chipotle Sauce.
