Gourmet: The Moritz factory is reinvented

The reform, which has lasted seven years and has cost more than 30 million euros, has led to the architect Jean Nouvel transform this former factory in a dream with several areas where leisure is the protagonist. Nouvel‘s work has been performed in the 4,500square meters of the three farms that are part of the building.

Highlights a cosmopolitan architecture plays with elements of the past, where the colors, mirrors and large spaces reappear avant-garde to create an environment that characterizes the buildings that permeate Barcelona and the artist himself has emerged as “microplaceres spaces.” It is worth noting his brewery with a small factory where we will taste the best craft beer, plus a wine bar has over 400 high quality.
