On July 18, 2014, the fourth annual Style Saves Swim Fashion Show Fundraiser was at capacity as more than 400 celebrities, VIPs, and fashion-lovers gathered around the pool at the exclusive Soho Beach House for back-to-back designer shows by Trina Turk, ishine365, and more. The show opened with an array of vibrant swimwear and resort looks from Style Mafia, Kai Lani, Ola Feroz, and a debut by Santika. There were drinks for all tastes at the open bar sponsored by Grey Goose Vodka, Peroni, Aquacai, and Red Bull, and guests snacked on cupcakes provided by Stella’s Sweet Shoppe.
Notable VIP attendees included the Real Housewives of Miami’s Marysol Patton, Real Housewives of New York City’s Countess LuAnn DeLesseps, Alexandra Wilkis and Alexis Maybank of Gilt Groupe, and actor Vincent DePaul.
Style Saves dedicates all funds to its annual Back-to-School In Style event, which offers students the opportunity to shop for outfits in a department store-style setting. This year, the event will be hosted at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in Miami on August 17th and 18th. Founded in 2011 by FORD Fashion Stylist Rachael Russell and other philanthropic fashion-minded young professionals, Style Saves raises funds to provide underprivileged students in South Florida with brand new clothes for back-to-school.
