On Thursday, May 14, 2015 Elite Home opened the doors to its newest showroom and welcomed friends and guests to a private cocktail reception. The showroom, Elite’s second in Miami and third in the USA, was transformed into a fabulous social lounge where guests enjoyed cocktails, wine, a caviar station, sushi station, and exquisite hor d’oeuvres.
As the luxury real estate market keeps growing and new generations of luxury condominiums blossom in the rapidly changing Miami skyline, opportunities are created for different industries, including home décor and furnishing businesses. Elite Home is one of those visionary brands that knew how to find its way in a competitive market, and rapidly expanded to reinforce its presence and satisfy the demands of a sophisticated client base.
Elite Home’s success is driven by their vision of classic and opulent high-end home furniture that differentiates their style from the modern and contemporary designs that are seen so frequently around Miami. The new location has two separate showrooms, one for lavish collections of living room sets, bedroom sets, sitting areas, accessories and décor. The second showroom is dedicated to a portfolio of high-end kitchen brands including Brummel, Ernestomeda and Veldesign among others. These brands range from classic luxury to modern contemporary style, perfectly complementing their already widely popular home furnishing and décor lines seen in their other locations.
Volodymyr Maistrenko, CEO and founder of the Elite Home, has a long-held affinity for luxury furnishings, lighting and high-end design. Maistrenko started his business in Europe over 20 years ago and today he is working with world renowned furniture manufactures from Italy, Germany, Spain and the United States. As a matter of fact, one of the special guests for the evening was Mr. Franco Cappellini, partner and designer of Italian high-end furniture brand Cornelio Cappellini, who flew in exclusively for the event. Event partners included one of the finest car companies in the world, as Rolls Royce majestically showcased two brand-new sedans at the entrance to be admired as guests arrived.
“We are absolutely thrilled to open a second showroom in Miami,” said Volodymyr Maistrenko, CEO and founder of Elite Home. “We are proud to have built such a great client base and we are ready to celebrate the opening of our new showroom with clients and friends.”
World-class entertainment was entrusted to Giada Valenti, a personal friend of Volodymyr and popular Italian singer who entertained guests with a rich repertoire of R&B and Jazz classics. Giada began by telling a personal story about how Volodymyr went out of his way to have a magnificent chandelier brought to one of her live performances in New York, making it incredibly special. This began a lifetime of friendship between the two. Additionally to Valenti’s performance, a DJ was flown from New York to spin sexy lounge tunes throughout the evening.
Elite Home’s doors are now also open to the public at (address of new showroom). In addition to their home furniture lines and kitchen brands, Elite has a great selection of chandeliers, lighting, home décor and accessories.
