On March 24, 2015 the Luxury Concierge Network brought its Luxury Lifestyle Showcase event concept to the distinguished residents of Icon South Beach, one of the most desired residential communities on the South of Fifth district in South Beach, providing a luxury living experience unmatched anywhere else.

For this event, the Luxury Concierge Network teamed up with Rene Faustin, the Chief Concierge at the Icon, to plan a private event for its distinguished residents which would reflect their sophisticated lifestyles, in a casual environment, using the building’s facilities as a venue. Faustin, a young yet experienced concierge professional, knows that entertaining them in the comfort of their home requires attention to detail and an overall understanding of their lifestyles.

While Faustin has hosted several events in the building, this time the outdoor area used by the valet parking service, was transformed into a social lounge fit for the distinguished residents and their guests. The event began in the late afternoon, and seamlessly transitioned into the evening as guests arrived and mingled with neighbors and friends.

Texas De Brazil, a Brazilian steakhouse located a few feet away from Icon South Beach, near the Miami Beach Marina, offered small plates of succulent steak and garlic mashed potatoes. Siena Tavern and Klima Restaurant provided guests with hors d’oeuvres that sampled their respective menus. These culinary delights were accompanied by an open bar which featured Notorious Pink rose wine, Monte Carlo vodka, mojitos made with Passion XO, Zafra Rum, and The Fat Trout scotch.

A fabulous line-up of exclusive brands were showcased strategically throughout the venue. Fendi Casa, a leader in high-end home furnishing and décor with two spectacular showrooms located in the Miami Design District, showcased signature pieces from their line of outdoor lounge furniture, creating seating areas for the residents to enjoy. Burgess Yachts, the premier superyacht charter and management company, showcased a scale model of one of their exuberant superyachts.  Lou La Vie Members Club added their own flair to the event, showcasing a Ferrari and a Lamborghini from their extensive portfolio of exotic supercars. No luxury lifestyle event would be complete without its share of fine art.  Markowicz Fine Art displayed a dozen or so sculptures from renowned artists Constance McSilver and Alain Godon. Hublot Galerie, the new boutique concept located in the Miami Design District, displayed some of their unique time pieces which can be found in only a few places around the world. Guests tried on the watches as they pleased, experiencing Hublot style first hand.

Residents and guests participated in a raffle of luxury gifts which included a complimentary day use of a Porche provided by Lou La Vie, Hublot branded garments and gifts, and a Miami Institute certificate for complimentary services.

The Luxury Concierge Network is a platform that connects luxury brands, services and organizations, with concierge professionals, residents and guests from the most exclusive residential communities and hotels in Miami. This unique concept and certainly creative marketing initiative, is the brainchild of Marcelo Rivero, CEO of Star Services Public Relations and Events.
