Founded in 1924, Damiani is a well-known Italian jewellery brand. Damiani jewels are handcrafted from scratch with respect to tradition and Italian style, and are available in a vast range (starting at Rs. 50,000) that caters to all age-groups, and occasions. The brand recently made its foray into the Indian market with its first flagship boutique in New Delhi. Housing a wide choice of classic and high-end lines, the 616-square-foot boutique, at The Oberoi, radiates opulence and exclusivity. Warm and intense shades of natural tones bronze, gold and copper are offset with digital screens that tease the eyes with the glamorous jewels that lie in store. The exterior is embellished with 19 windows that showcase Damianis exquisite jewellery. The store also brings together its traditional appearance with ornate grills, featuring the Damiani signature D. All furniture has been designed and made in Italy. The store also has a separate exhibit room, where customers can try the jewellery before purchasing it.
