Along with its Broad Street boutique, Italian fashion brand Canali, now has a chic new address at 625 Madison Avenue in New York. Their official flagship store in the city, this two-storey building with over 500 sq m space, is designed with a modern architectural concept in mind, and boasts of a sophisticated setting. On the exterior of the store, the Canali logo features two small diamonds that intersect into infinity, a symbol referring to the infinite stitches used to create a Canali suit.
The interiors are a mix of fine materials in contrasting colours. Grey stone, georgette silk, dark walnut wood, and warm-toned crystal glass welcome clients to a distinctive setting. The floors and walls have been made using Avola stone. Moreover, a crystal glass elevator and a marble staircase, both of which seem suspended in mid-air, accompany customers through the two floors. To cater to all kinds of luxuries of the Upper East Side, this store even houses the brand’s more elusive products (available only in flagship boutiques), has a VIP room reserved for private shopping, and facilitates customers with their ‘Made to Measure’ service.
