Luxury never goes out of business, and the recent launch of the first Diesel Black Gold standalone store in Delhi (and only the second in the world after New York) underscores the importance of the luxury market in India for brands worldwide. To mark its entry into the country, the Italian luxury brand (which is the high-end line of fashion and lifestyle brand Diesel), hosted an exclusive private party at the swanky new Diesel Black Gold store at DLF Emporio.
Turning up the decibels was one of the hottest musicians in the country, Sahej Bakshi, better known as Dualist Inquiry, who got the city’s page three fraternity grooving with a booming live set while models showcased the Diesel Black Gold Spring Summer 2012 menswear collection.
