Gourmet & Nightlife: Cheri - a new fine dine restaurant

A chic and sophisticated fine dine restaurant, Cheri which opened in Mehrauli recently combines the best of culinary delights with the finest alternative selection of music.

Inspired by fine dining spaces and cuisines from across the world, Cheri is the perfect setting to enjoy warm romantic dinners, luxurious brunches along with eclectic music.

Cheri, meaning ‘dear’ in French, seamlessly combines the elegance and warmth of a European garden bistro, whilst simultaneously exuding the energy of a downtown New York jazz hub.

The wood oven pizzas served at Cheri (Spinach Pine nuts and sun dried tomato, Pesto Apple and smoke bacon) are different from anything served in Delhi.  While the main menu changes constantly, the soups and salads are wholesome, fresh and exotic.

Cheri’s musical atmosphere, based on eclectic live performances has upped the ante of concept driven restaurants. Programming by Nishant Peralta and Sudeep Solanki, owner of Cheri who’s also a fashion and interior designer, lays focus on Jazz, Blues and world music. Cheri also promises to host other forms of alternative contemporary music.

The man behind the refined cuisine with a twist, executive Chef, Vikram Malik has specialized in numerous Michelin Stared restaurants in London.

Designed by Sudeep Solanki and Lucie Salaun, an interior designer from Paris, the main dining space is a colorful mix of warm elegance and Parisian chic, while the private dining area reflects luxurious Mediterranean sophistication.
