Home Decor, and more and more notoriety, becomes the epicenter of the social, cultural and business of the city where performed. In the last edition of Madrid, more than 70 different events evolved nature indoors: workshops, workshops, conferences, presentations, forums, workshops, concerts, cocktails, dinners and parties.
In this edition, to be held in November in Barcelona, Casa Decor has a building that challenges the imagination of professionals, offering open spaces, clean, without conditions or restrictions. Located in one of the main arteries of Barcelona, known within the Quadrat d’Or, the building of Carrer d’Arago 271 is a unique property at the crossroads of two distant eras of the twentieth century.
Built in the early 1900s, the building remains intact its classic facade, with an interesting work of railings in the balconies, while the interior underwent a complete renovation in 1994, under the slogans of modern functionalist that decade, very influenced by the new Catalan architecture that rebuilt the city for the Olympic Games 92.
The property has approximately 3,800 m2, spread over seven floors plus a basement. For 10 years he hosted the prestigious School of Business at the University of Chicago and later was acquired by Alting Real Estate Group, its current owner. Until a few months he was hired the law firm Mazars. The use of the building as a school and office interior configuration has been determined, with spacious social areas, a terrace of 90 m2, a bass and a basement with two separate auditoriums, two tickets and about 50 rooms ranging from 12 to 180 m2 , all with natural light.
Thanks to its unique location, from the balconies of the facade are spectacular views over the knot Carrer d’Arago converged with Passeig de Gracia and, especially, surprised by the imposing presence of the Casa Batllo.
