“La Vinoteca, the space where once customers could taste a selection of wines from the cellar, a tasting or purchase a bottle, now occupied by a restaurant where guests can enjoy traditional cuisine of tapas, always linked our wines”, says Andres Araya, Director General of Hotel Abadía Retuerta LeDomaine.

In La Vinoteca, located on La Cueva, wherein lies the private collection of the Abadía Retuerta winery since its inception, the atmosphere is quiet and cozy place where the cuisine offers a creative vision of tradition. The culinary offer in La Vinoteca is simpler than the main restaurant, the Refectory, to be able to service all types of customers.

“Castile and Leon is a community that offers the most varied tapas, example is the National Competition Tapas and Pinchos de Valladolid, which in 2012 reached its eighth edition.’s Why we join to offer a selection of tapas and dishes all with products from the region and a unique interpretation, “says Araya.
