From 9 to 11 of June Soho Rooms invites you to gastronomic tour of the chef Jean-Luc Figueras of the Spanish hotel Mandarin Oriental. On the first day of the tour on June 9 will be a gala dinner Siente Espana, with the support of the Embassy of Spain.
Jean-Luc Figueras appreciate and admire its extraordinary author’s approach, a refined combination of elements of Catalan, Mediterranean and French cuisine. Since the start of work at the Mandarin Oriental Barcelona, Jean-Luc led two restaurant projects – Blanc Restaurant and Mimosa Garden.
