CastaDiva, built in the 18th century, features historic decorations to remind us of the past and the historical value of this sublime location. Back in the days CastaDiva was known as “Casion Ribiere”. The owner, Madame Ribier, an eccentric dressmaker from Paris, dressed the ladies of the high society. Later, Giuditta Pasta bought the villa with the first money she earned as a singer and renamed it to Villa Roda. One thing has never changed during all those years, the breathtaking views of Lake Como. The 73 rooms and suites and the 2 private villas are all unique, presenting a different style and décor, offering guests unparalleled views of the magic Lake Como.
