or the first time in its history, the Louvre Museum has played host to a catwalk show.Thus Salvatore Ferragamo presented his Resort 2013 Collection, designed by Massimiliano Giornetti, in exclusive fashion. The Florence-based company, atop an extraordinary 140-metre catwalk and beneath the impressive arches of the Denon Wing’s peristyle, showcased a collection that takes style and sophistication to their utmost expression.
Following the show, guests were treated to an exclusive dinner in the Pyramid and a private tour of the Museum. Ferragamo also sponsors the exhibition entitled Saint Anne, Leonardo da Vinci’s ultimate masterpiece.
